Now in its 18th year, the PAY360 Awards is the most prestigious event of the year for the UK payments industry, attended by nearly 1,000 senior executives from across the payments value chain.  

The award for Best Customer Engagement Programme recognizes companies, technology platforms and solutions that have delivered great customer experiences and journeys.

The awards ceremony will be held October 2, 2024, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, UK.
