Training the teams involved in Inbenta Products is vital to help them understand how the functionalities should be applied in the best possible way. “In-depth Inbenta Academy” offers a wide range of courses and workshops so that users of different backgrounds can get the most out of the Inbenta platform.

The courses are designed to cover all possible knowledge needs related to the different functionalities of the Inbenta Platform, they will be taught depending on the use case of each client.

Knowledge base optimization

Description
The purpose of this training is to get customers comfortable with the Knowledge platform to a level where they can confidently manage the knowledge.

Audience
This course is aimed at anyone who wants to manage the knowledge base that the Inbenta Symbolic Artificial Intelligence uses when the users visit your website. The ideal candidate for this course has an interest in topics related to language and content creation and is aware of the possible doubts that visitors to the web have.

Prior knowledge
It would be highly recommended that those attending this course have received the general information provided in the “Inbenta Set Up Service” module.

Building complex flows

Description
The main focus of this course is on building complex flows with the Inbenta Dialog Manager tool.

Audience
This course is aimed at anyone who will be building more complex flow into the knowledge base used by the Inbenta Symbolic Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate has a logical and analytical mind.

Prior knowledge
It would be highly recommended that those attending this course have received the information provided in the “Knowledge base optimization” course.

Performance analysis

Description
The purpose of this course is to provide our clients with the knowledge necessary to know where to find the important KPIs and how to interpret them.

Audience
This course is aimed at all those who need to work with statistics and understand the behavior of users when they interact with Inbenta products. There are two ideal candidates for this course: on the one hand, those in charge of controlling the project’s KPIs, and those who work on improving the knowledge base on the other.

Prior knowledge
Depending on the type of profile that attends this course, prior knowledge will be required or not:

  • KPI controller: no prior knowledge
  • Person who works with KB, should have attended the course “Knowledge base optimization” course.

Feedback and tuning tools

Description
The purpose of this course is to provide our customers with the necessary knowledge to know how to use both available debugging tools and the Inbenta Dictionary Builder to customize and optimize the results provided by Inbenta products.

Audience
This course is aimed at those people who are working with the knowledge base with the aim of improving the results obtained by the linguistic engine.

Prior knowledge
The ideal candidate for this course is one who has received the “Knowledge base optimization” & “Performance analysis” course.

Live chat for agents & supervisors

Description
The purpose of this course is to provide the agents with all the necessary knowledge to manage the chats in the most optimal way possible, on the one hand and on the other, provide supervisors with the necessary information to be able to resize the teams depending on the load agents work.

Audience
This course is aimed both at those who are in charge of managing chats with web visitors and for the supervisors of these agents. The ideal candidate for this course should be customer oriented.

Attendees of this course do not need to have prior knowledge.

Case management for agents & supervisors

Description
The purpose of this course is to provide the agents with all the necessary knowledge to manage the tickets in the most optimal way possible, on the one hand and on the other, provide supervisors with the necessary information to be able to resize the teams depending on the load agents work.

Description
This course is aimed at all those who want to know more about how to easily configure a user interface using the Inbenta SDK configurator.

Audience
The ideal candidate for this course should have a little technical background or some programming experience that could be useful.

Prior knowledge
We consider that it is very important that the technical profiles make all the training that the Editor Profile should carry out. The APIs and SDKs are tightly binded to how Inbenta App works and how Inbenta’s technologies are implemented. Therefore, we think it would be good that the technical team also does some basic training about Inbenta App and the available tools.

JS-Client, using the API from the browser

Description
This course is aimed at all those who want to know how to customize the user interfaces, without having to use the API, right from the browser, in order to get more out of the Inbenta products. 

Audience
The ideal candidate for this course should have a technical background or (Browser/JavaScript) programming experience.

Prior knowledge
We consider that it is very important that the technical profiles make all the training that the Editor Profile should carry out. The APIs and SDKs are tightly binded to how Inbenta App works and how Inbenta’s technologies are implemented. Therefore, we think it would be good that the technical team also does some basic training about Inbenta App and the available tools.

API, building a custom integration

Description
This course is aimed at those teams that want to create integrations with Inbenta products from scratch and in a customized way. 

Audience
The ideal candidate for this course should have a technical background.

Prior knowledge
We consider that it is very important that the technical profiles make all the training that the Editor Profile should carry out. The APIs and SDKs are tightly binded to how Inbenta App works and how Inbenta’s technologies are implemented. Therefore, we think it would be good that the technical team also does some basic training about Inbenta App and the available tools.
