George McCulloch founded Level Equity and is a partner and the co-CEO of Level Equity Management, LLC. He is a career investor in growth-stage technology businesses. He was previously an investor at Summit Partners and a Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners. George is an independent director of Medidata Solutions (NASDAQ: MDSO) and a trustee of ARTstor, a non-profit initiative founded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation that builds technology to enhance teaching and learning in the arts. He is a graduate of Stanford University.

Oliver A. Flögel has been country Manager for Microsoft Chile since 2014, he is a General Partner in Scale Capital and Co-Founder of Simple Mobile. He has focused on venture capital investing in innovation and business management. Flögel was executive secretary of digital development for the Chilean government during the Sebastián Piñera administration and was responsible for the digital agenda. Previously, he was general manager of Telefónica in Chile where he worked for 16 years and had responsibilities in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Spain. Born in Germany, Oliver holds a master's degree in public finance and earned his MBA from EU Business School in Montreux, Switzerland.
Jordi began his entrepreneurial career in 1997. Together with his brother they founded SBD, a professional services firm in Barcelona. SBD grew to more than 200 consultants by 2004 and was acquired that year by the French firm Alten Technologies.
Jordi then founded Inbenta in 2005 to help clients improve online relationships with their customers using revolutionary technologies like artificial intelligence and natural language processing. The first beta version of the Inbenta Semantic Search Engine was released in 2010. In 2012, Jordi moved to California to set up an office for Inbenta in Silicon Valley, the company has continued to grow attracting interest and investment while expanding its global foot print to include offices in Japan and Chile.Jordi is an undergraduate from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, holds an MBA from the European Consortium EuroMBA and specialist courses in leading professional service firms from the Harvard Business School.
