SEUR is the main delivery services company in Spain and Portugal. The company was a pioneer in the introduction of the concept of "urgent" in the sector, offering services with a commitment to deliver before a certain hour.

Today, SEUR has 85 delegations in Spain and Portugal with a staff of over 7,100 people. Moreover, the SEUR network has 10 interconnection points, 264 sales points and more than 1000 delivery points, after an agreement was reached between SEUR and Punto Pack, the most extensive points network in Spain.

SEUR has included social commitment in its management model. For that purpose, in 2004 the company created Fundación SEUR, a mechanism for managing SEUR support to social action and joint logistics programs.

Furthermore, SEUR has ISO 14001 certification accrediting responsible environmental management in their activities, which is embodied in measures for sustainable development such as the inclusion of environmentally friendly vehicles, efficient driving programs, and the optimization of work routes.

Inbenta’s email management tool (ticketing) and a semantic search engine at help SEUR’s customers solve their doubts regarding the shipment of items, prices or conditions, as well as tracing the shipment until its delivery. The semantic search engine is available in all the languages of the website: English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
