Inbenta is proud to sponsor the 2nd Annual Intelligent Assistants Conference October 13 and 14 in New York City. And this year we are excited to announce two incredible speakers on behalf of Inbenta, Phil Jennings, VP of Contact Centers for Ticketmaster and our founder and CEO, Jordi Torras!
The Intelligent Assistants Conference brings together executives to discuss the power of virtual support in the customer experience. This year, there will be great case studies and commentary on the space by a series of analysts, solutions providers and enterprises.
One of the case studies will be presented by Phil Jennings, the Vice President of Contact Centres for Ticketmaster International. Phil has executive responsibility for Ticketmaster’s 14 Contact Centres internationally (outside of the US). Prior to joining Ticketmaster worked at Centrica PLC, the largest UK Utility Business trading as British Gas, and later headed up the National Relay Service, a not-for-profit organization established to facilitate real-time telephone calls between hearing and non-hearing people over the public telephone system.
Phil Jennings, VP of Contact Centers International, Ticketmaster
Phil has an extensive background in customer services and in his 12 years at Ticketmaster has primarily focused on improving the customer experience (CX) and reducing customer effort. He believes that customer self-service is not only a great CX, but also the most cost-effective solution to helping a diverse multi-lingual customer base. Phil’s key achievements are leading the project to implement Inbenta natural language search as Ticketmaster’s online customer service solution, and he is currently introducing Intelligent Assistants to supplement this service.
Jordi Torras will also be speaking at the conference on a panel titled: To Serve Man – Balancing Self-Service and the Human Touch. The focus will be discussing the approaches to Intelligent Assistance that build and learn from constant input of humans.
