The goal of our Virtual Assistants is to build automated agents that are natural and intuitive to use, and that can be an alternative to a human call-center agent online.

One of our primary goals in developing these assistants is to create natural, easy to use interfaces that are available when and where a user needs it. To do this, we incorporate technologies to enable intelligent and sophisticated interaction to happen online, through Natural Language processing, Semantic Search, Expert Systems, Virtual Avatars, voice recognition technologies. Most of these technologies rely on INBENTA's unique research and development, other rely on partners with a track of excellence in their markets
