We are looking for Team Leaders or Project Managers to take responsibility for the coordination and development of projects within a highly qualified technical team. They will be expected to oversee all aspects of the project, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, using defined planning, monitoring and controlling processes.

The candidate will also participate in providing technical support in offers and demonstrations to our clients. They will be involved in the whole project life-cycle, covering initiation, testing, planning/team planning, execution, technical support, closure and follow up.

Sales and negotiation abilities will be valued in order to create new lines of business and offers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of technical project management
• Knowledge of team management and HR resource planning
• Knowledge and previous experience as programmer/developer in Java and/or .Net
• Ability to interact with diverse clients, locate needs, be determined and proactive

Studies: Technical Engineer

Experience: 3-5 years

Residence: Barcelona/Madrid

Languages: English/Spanish/Catalan

Technical languages: Java, J2EE, ASP, .Net, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Lotus Notes, Sharepoint, XTML, XML, Frameworks, etc.
