The goal of our Virtual Assistants is to build automated agents that are natural and intuitive to use, which can be an online alternative to a human call-center agent.

One of our primary goals in developing these assistants is to create natural, easy-to-use interfaces that are available when and where a user needs it. To do this, we incorporate technologies enabling intelligent and sophisticated interaction to happen online, through Natural Language processing, Semantic Search, Expert Systems, Virtual Avatars, voice recognition technologies. Most of these technologies rely on INBENTA's unique research and development, while others rely on partners with proven expertise in their markets
