With the deployment of a new system to evaluate the performance of the employees , the so-called "GxC"- gestión por compromiso- (management per commitment), Repsol YPF decided to integrate a Virtual Assistant to their Intranet, to answer questions posed by the employees in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
