Opinion Mining/Social Media
In order to develop this new module Inbenta Sentiment Detection (ISD) Inbenta has closely cooperated with Dr. Mike Thelwall from the University of Wolverhampton (UK).
The area of the opinions concerning linguistics and automatic analysis is a complete challenge, as there are many factors that complicate its automatic processing, such as including characters with semantic information like emoticones, using neologisms , irony, spelling mistakes or a writing close to the sms style. Indeed, there are many aspects to bear in mind; at Inbenta we have focused on the recognition and analysis of 2 main aspects:

- Analysing the free comments: extracting the opinion or evaluating the user and the product, specific subject or object being discussed.
Opinion +vo: I had the Travel Club card for more than 2 y and it's greeeeeeat!! U use it and after some time surprise....!!! points bcome a free gift! :D :D - Sentiment analysis: distinguishing different levels of emotion.

Automatic Summarization
In order to start this wide project Inbenta has already contacted some of the specialists such as Dr. Horacio Saggion from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. In short, Inbenta will attend a congress about Automatic Summarization being held in Castellón.
